  • Excellent understanding of issue / risk management and resolution / mitigation
  • High proficiency (expert-level) in the use of MS Project, MS Plan Enterprise & CA Clarity to produce and deliver high quality project plans, status updates and reports
  • Identify, document, and driving issues and risks to resolution / mitigation and when necessary escalate to leadership for assistance. Develop decision documents for options to resolve issues / risks
  • Possess thorough knowledge of PMI standards and terminology (including PMBOK)
  • Present project-related presentations for executive-level leadership
  • Proficient in formal project management methodologies – Agile Scrum / Waterfall or Blend of both
  • Proven analytical skills to analyze financial and schedule forecasts and identify issues and opportunities
  • Proven experience managing large multimillion dollar projects that have significant business implications
  • Proven experience managing large project teams and sub teams
  • Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing complex initiatives using a formal project management methodology
  • Successful track record of Project Work Plan (resource, cost, and time) management

  • Manage & Lead Project Initiations, Estimates, SOWs, Budgets, Charter, Scheduling, Plan, Risks etc in support of on-going client needs and new opportunities
  • Managing complex plans to resolve client production incidents and service requests through understanding of client priorities and internal processes. Proactively escalating to resource teams to avoid risk of missing client deliverables.
